Tax Information
Recreational: 10% excise tax plus 5.75% state sales tax plus local sales tax (total 15.75-18%)
Medical: Exempt from excise tax but subject to standard sales taxes
Out-of-State Cards
Only Ohio medical marijuana cards are accepted. Visitors from other states must use adult-use purchase options if 21+
